Cancellation and Refund Policy
At MK Healthcare, we strive to provide the highest quality pharmaceutical products and services. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our customers.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
- Cancellation After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In such cases, customers may proceed with the return process as outlined in our return policy.
- Special Orders: For custom or special orders, cancellations are not permitted once the production process has begun.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only for products that are returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 15-30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as opened or damaged products, custom orders, and products with tampered packaging, are not eligible for a refund.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Chargeback
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, Product Manufacturing / PCD Product and/or Other Service will be suspended without notice. A chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before product and or service is restored or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us at info[at]mkhealthcare[dit]co[dot]in to address any issue for that you are about to chargeback so that we can check and fix the issue. Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a void charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
